   Thailand

Thailand ... Very popular for tourists for years, and we understand why ! Between heavenly beaches as far as the eyes can see, waters filled with fishes and corals; a chill atmosphere and countless cool places to hang out and party: Thailand has so much to offer.

Please find the 1 month itinerary on the roads of Thailand just below:

Day 1 - 2: Arrival in Phuket.

Phuket and Bangkok are the two best known airports for arriving in Thailand. This itinerary

route being focused on the south of the island, we preferred to land in Phuket to be directly

on site.

Phuket is not really interesting, except for party animals. If you love the party, you will love it. Long streets of bars and clubs as far as the eye can see.

But expect a special atmosphere : sex being a big part of tourism in Thailand (unfortunately).

The bars are full of young prostitutes dancing in V string on the tables. The streets are crowded with lady boys (transsexuals) approaching men to go to see ping pong shows (women sending ping pong balls with their vaginas ...)

This is why I hated Phuket and I highly recommend leaving it as soon as possible.

Day 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 Koh Phi Phi

Koh Phi Phi was a favorite! The island is full of activities, sumptuous beaches, and cool places to party.

It is also close to paradise islands where you will spend the day diving or snorkeling.

Day 8 - 9 Koh Lanta

Koh Lanta is an optional stop. We wanted to go there for fun, in reference to the French TV show of the same name. Unfortunately we did not have good weather and could not explore the island as we should.

I cannot therefore recommend it to you as an essential stop. I think there is so much more to see in Thailand, so don't stop there for long.

Day 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 Koh Lipe

Koh Lipe, a little forgotten paradise. Crystal clear waters, a relaxed atmosphere, a small island where you can only walk or cycle.

A real crush for this island where we stayed for a week (because of Marlon's foot infection, with an obligation to visit the clinic every day). Not the worst place to stay confined !

Day 17 - 18 - 19 Koh Samui

We stayed in Koh Samui only for our first collaboration with a hotel / hostel. Lub D from Koh Samui is directly located on the beach, with a DJ in the middle of the pool. The rooms are amazing and so is the restaurant for a very affordable price.

I am sure there are things to see on Koh Samui, including a very ethical elephant sanctuary.

Day 20 - 21 - 22 Koh Pha Ngan

You all know Koh Pha Ngan because you all know the Full Moon Party on the beach!

You have to check the dates of the Full Moon in advance on the internet to make your trip coincide.

It was nice, we couldn't resist the fluorescent makeup to dance on the beach with our famous drink buckets.

But Koh Pha Ngan is also full of nature to explore.

Day 23 - 24 - 25 Koh Tao

Koh Tao is famous for its beaches, its peaceful atmosphere. A great place to discover

Day 26 - 27 - 28 - 29 Bangkok

Time to go up to Bangkok and explore the city.

We had a little mishap in Bangkok which sank our time on the spot and we could not visit everything we wanted to see.

I invite you to read the articles of Salt in Our Hair for all the infos about Bangkok.
